Our Cambridgeshire Spirits

Our range to date includes a selection of premium gins; Knot Garden, Silk Road and Japanese Sakura Moon, as well as our botanical rum; Windy Ridge.

We’ve taken a ‘less is more’ approach when choosing our botanicals, carefully selecting for flavour notes we enjoy and how they’ll complement each other. We never allow ourselves to be restricted by convention but rather take our time to experiment, play around with flavours, learn what works and celebrate the successes!

We distil our gins in a traditional Portuguese alembic copper still using the ‘one shot’ method. Only produced in small batches, every drop of spirit comes into contact with the copper, ensuring maximum smoothness.

We take inspiration from what we love! Our home, our family, adventures overseas… all have played their part in the design of our beautiful bottles, inspiring our selection of botanicals and creating our delicious range of spirits!
